We are expanding our Accountancy practice in Italy and are seeking experienced or high‐potential Recruitment Consultants to grow this specialist area from our offices in Milan and Bologna.You will work with CFOs, Finance Directors and high‐calibre accounting professionals across commerce, industry, professional services and advisory firms, building long‐term strategic relationships with both clients and candidates.Your role will include:
Winning and managing client accounts within the Accountancy marketRecruiting qualified accountants and finance professionals at mid‐to‐senior levelManaging the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to offer negotiationDeveloping and positioning your own specialist market and network within the finance ecosystem in Milan and Bologna
