Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead global performance improvement across Aptar’s supply chain by standardizing best practices and deploying cross-regional initiatives. You will drive KPI-based analytics, harmonize processes, and build capability through communities of process experts. You will partner with regional teams and stakeholders to ensure adoption and sustained value creation. This is a chance to shape scalable, automated improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and financial performance.

Responsabilità
* Bachelor in Engineering
* 5+ years of operational supply chain experience (planning/S&OP, customer service, logistics, or end-to-end)
* Experience deploying supply chain processes and/or systems in multinational organizations
* Strong knowledge of global/regional systems (e.g., SAP PP, IBP, Supplier Hub)
* Proven record of supply chain improvements
* Fluency in English
