<p>For one of our clients, an international company operating in the distribution and commercialization of sports equipment and technical sports brands across Europe, we are looking for an:</p><p><br></p><p><strong>INTERNATIONAL SALES COORDINATOR</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The selected candidate will join the International Sales team and act as the operational point of contact for a portfolio of international distributors, managing the entire order cycle and ensuring effective coordination between customers, supply chain, and internal departments.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p><p>● Act as the primary contact person for assigned international distributors and partners.</p><p>● Support daily sales and operational activities across the assigned markets.</p><p>● Process, monitor, and manage sales and purchase orders.</p><p>● Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.</p><p>● Monitor shipments and support delivery management activities.</p><p>● Prepare commercial offers, presentations, and sales reports.</p><p>● Maintain and update price lists, sales statistics, and commercial data.</p><p>● Support the organization of meetings, showroom activities, and customer events.</p><p>● Handle requests from customers, distributors, and business partners.</p><p>● Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to strengthen and develop business relationships.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>● Previous experience in customer service, sales support, commercial back office, order management, or international sales coordination roles.</p><p>● Excellent command of English (mandatory). Italian and/or German language skills are considered a plus.</p><p>● Familiarity with customer management, order processing, and structured commercial processes.</p><p>● Confidence in working with numbers, sales statistics, reporting, price lists, and basic currency conversions.</p><p>● Good Excel skills.</p><p>● Experience working with ERP systems; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is considered an advantage.</p><p>● Strong organizational skills, accuracy, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location</strong></p><p>Bolzano (BZ) – on site, remote working is not available for this role.</p><p><strong>Only candidates already based in Bolzano or in the surrounding area will be considered.</strong></p><p><strong>Full time/Part time (75-80%)</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><ul><li><strong>30.000 – 35.000 € gross annual salary</strong></li></ul><p>Compensation is determined based on objective criteria, including experience, skills, and level of responsibility</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Selection Process</strong></p><p>● CV Screening</p><p>● Structured HR Interview</p><p>● Technical Interview</p><p>All candidates are evaluated using standardized and non-discriminatory criteria.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Diversity & Inclusion</strong></p><p>The company is committed to providing equal opportunities regardless of gender, age, or any other personal characteristic.</p><p>This position is open to candidates of all genders, in accordance with applicable equal opportunity employment principles.</p>
