General Manager Resort – Italy
Location: Anonymous Central Italy
Salary: €70,000 gross per year

Job Summary
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the resort’s daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction and profitability. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of the Italian luxury hospitality market.
Key Responsibilities
* Guarantee an exceptional guest experience and maintain strong guest relationships.
* Foster an outstanding employee experience, driving onboarding, engagement and development.
* Embody the company values and leadership behaviors and build strong stakeholder relationships, including local ecosystem ties.
* Manage the resort efficiently, driving operational and financial performance while ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and control parameters.
* Take full responsibility for resort functioning within the allocated operational resources and timelines.
* Address corporate operational challenges, collaborating with departments and leading cross‑functional projects.
Qualifications
* Extensive hospitality leadership experience, preferably in luxury resort operations.
* Strong financial management skills with a proven record of achieving profitability targets.
* Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and inspire high performance.
* Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
* Knowledge of local regulations and an ethical approach to business.
