What will be your mission?: As Community Manager, you will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the Branding, Public Relations and Hotels Operations team. What will you do?: - Actively manage the social media presence of several hotels in Florence and Rome (possibility to work with other cities in the future depending on the company need). - Create engaging and creative content for social media platforms, with an emphasis on Instagram. - Make visits to hotels in Florence and Rome regularly, in order to generate exclusive content. - Evaluate and analyze the performance of social profiles, proposing strategic improvements. - Interact and increase the engagement with followers. What are we looking for?: - Passion for social media and creativity in content generation. - Knowledge of content creation and editing using tools such as CapCut. - Knowledge of photography and video, for content creation and editing. - Proactivity and analytical skills to evaluate social media performance. - Residency in Rome or Florence and availability to travel to Venice as required. - Proven experience of 3 years as a Community Manager or similar role. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English. - Ability to manage and respond to comments and messages in real-time. - Solid knowledge of current trends in social media and digital marketing strategies. - Ability to collaborate with other departments and generate synergies in the overall marketing strategy. - Knowledge of social media analysis tools.
