To strengthen our Immunology department, we are seeking a talented professional to fill the position of Ecosystem Lead Dermatology. This role requires developing and executing strategies to achieve strategic goals, such as building partnerships with health ecosystem stakeholders, collaborating with the Market Access department, and leading market positions in patient segments.
About the Role
Your designated territory will include different regions situated in the heart of Italy. As an Ecosystem Lead, you will be responsible for orchestrating activities within the local Patient Value Unit (PVU) and leading the customer-facing team. You will work closely with various health ecosystem stakeholders to build long-term partnerships and secure optimal market access.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cross-functional leadership of the Customer Table (CT) in the assigned ecosystem, empowering the LPVU to own full accountability on achieving common strategic goals.
2. Developing and ensuring the execution of tailored strategies for the assigned ecosystem, focusing on partnership and long-term relations with various relevant health ecosystem stakeholders.
3. Building and maintaining trustful advocates in the relevant therapeutic area, securing and maintaining optimal access.
4. Leading market position in focused patient segments, driving growth, sustainability, and profitability of the franchise.
5. Recruiting if needed, identifying training needs, coaching, and developing the field team in the Rheumatology & Bone therapeutic area according to ecosystem insights and competitive landscape.
6. In partnership with the local and EU Medical Community, ensuring the right level of scientific knowledge for all members of the LPVU to deliver value for all external ecosystem partnerships and interactions.
7. Ensuring the local franchise operates to the highest standards of science, ethics, compliance, and quality when educating and engaging with external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A Bachelor's / Master's Degree in life sciences or healthcare is required.
* Proficiency in English, enabling effective communication, collaboration, and knowledge exchange.
* Demonstrated strong cross-functional leadership, aligned with Patient Value Strategies, blending both medical and commercial healthcare insights to drive impactful outcomes.
* Eco-system knowledge, deep insight into the relevant healthcare system, and the ability to balance short and long-term objectives.
* Therapeutic area knowledge – show a credible understanding of the therapeutic area including clinic, payer, and policy interactions.
* Proven capability in leading multidisciplinary and matrixed teams, effectively coordinating across diverse functions.
* Continuously developing and deepening expertise within the therapeutic area, staying at the forefront of industry advancements.
* Exhibiting strong credibility and inspiring confidence throughout the organization, establishing a trusted professional presence.
