Conduttore/trice di Linea Automatica. The selected candidate will be part of the Production department, responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the packaging line, maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards, managing automatic lines, and contributing to the efficiency of the production cycle and the conformity of finished products. Responsibilities include: Operating and monitoring the automated packaging line to meet production performance targets; Loading and unloading materials (raw materials, packaging); Checking the proper functioning of the production process (weight, labeling, sealing) and the final product quality; Resolving minor pneumatic and sensor issues; Changing formats and setting up the line; Cleaning and sanitizing workstations and machinery according to HACCP standards; Using internal management software to monitor quality performance and downtime; Collaborating with maintenance staff to resolve technical problems. All activities must comply with safety, quality, and food hygiene standards. Requirements: High school diploma, preferably with a technical focus; Willingness to work shifts, including night shifts; Previous experience in the food sector or similar roles is preferred; Good skills in using technological and computer tools; Precision, manual dexterity, reliability, and dynamism.
