Your role
We are looking for a Site Merchandising & Editor who will support the e-comm business team in maintaining website content, product catalog and visual merchandising online, updating/publishing images/video/texts (via CMS) and collections (also via PIM) in line with campaigns and communications across digital channels and regions and becoming one of the key points of contact product and creative hub side.
Working within the team in close contact with the Ecommerce Manager, he/she will also support team’s product sorting activities for product collections on the website, filters and chips review on product pages ensuring correct execution of business guidelines and sharing key information and actions with key stakeholders involved, including CRM team, IT team and Creative Hub Team, supporting the correct calendar execution.
He/she will also support the business team on product analysis, product information’s sharing and content updates alongside the wider team taking part in product and creative briefs too ensuring that the website showcases the most relevant and profitable products and visuals.
The role requires a strong organizational and precise mindset, a structured approach to problem-solving and website dressing sensibility.
Main responsibilities:
1. Managing day by day activities to ensure the proper working and updating of the website
2. Supporting all activities related to the catalogue and website dressing (via PIM and CMS)
3. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (Product Team, Content Hub team, etc)
4. Organize and categorize products effectively to enhance the customer’s shopping journey
5. Work with the design team to ensure that product images, videos, and other assets aligned with brand guidelines are properly displayed on the site
6. Use analytics tools to gain insights into customer behavior and make data-driven decisions to optimize site merchandising and content
Main requirements:
7. Educational Background in Economics/Business, Marketing or related field
8. Strong problem solving and organizational skills, good analytics background
9. Ability to interact with different internal and external stakeholders (excellent communication and collaboration skills)
10. Flexibility, lateral thinking and proactive/positive approach
11. Familiarity with Content Management System tools (e.g. Coremedia) and e-commerce platforms (e.g. HCL, Shopify)
12. English: professional level or native speaker
13. Passion for digital and e-commerce is a must
