The Company has been active since the 1970s under the chairmanship of Francesco Casoli. Over 3000 employees play their part in helping us produce about 17 million items a year between hoods and electric motors. Our production platform centres around five countries including Italy, Poland, Mexico, India and China and makes us the outright leaders in the world in the sector of hoods and among the leaders in Europe in the design, production and distribution of electric motors for hoods and heating system boilers.Posizione We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of UX/UI Graphic Designer.THE IMPACT: S/He contributes to the design of the user experience for Elica's digital products by executing, supporting, and proposing design solutions, and by taking part in the ideation, prototyping, and implementation phases.Main Activities And Accountabilities Translate user needs, functional requirements, and brand values into UX/UI solutions;Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes;Test and develop design concepts;Create development‐ready UI layouts, applying the existing UI kit;Contribute to the evolution of the UI library;Apply principles of usability, accessibility, and responsive design;Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and stakeholders, presenting and discussing design solutions.Requisiti At least Degree in Industrial Design or similar;Full Professional working proficiency in both Italian and English are a must have;Good knowledge of UX methodologies and user‐centered design;Proven experience in creation of Responsive design and knowledge of Advanced prototyping;Excellent knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite;At least 3 of experience in product design;Problem Solving, Time management and Team Working will complete the profile.
