Context: As an IT Business Analyst, you are responsible for the lifecycle of innovative business and functional requirements, including collection from stakeholders, definition, design, alignment, prioritization based on product vision, and monitoring development through the applicable methodology. You oversee software implementation iterations, ensuring practices, rules, and values are understood and behaviors comply with Trace One methodology. You ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are clearly understood by all project team members.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead workshop sessions with customers to capture and document requirements effectively.
2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously according to statements of work.
3. Deliver system design elements, including data migration rules, business rules, prototypes, or other detailed deliverables.
4. Collaborate with PM, Product, Regulatory, and other departments to design solutions that meet project constraints.
5. Design solutions in conjunction with the Enterprise Solution Architect via the Business Blueprint document.
6. Refine and document detailed user requirements, providing clarity for Development and QA teams.
7. Work with project teams to enforce best practices and optimize core product reuse, refining requirements with Professional Services and end customers as appropriate.
8. Validate products during development phases following project-specific methodologies.
9. Support QA testing processes, including developing user acceptance criteria.
10. Assist in training efforts for Services, Sales, and Marketing teams.
11. Develop and share PLM solution expertise.
12. Contribute to business case development for innovation proposals.
13. Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams with RFIs and RFPs as needed.
14. Coordinate with third-party entities such as system integrators and consultants.

* Experience in PLM software implementations, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
* Over 5 years of experience in preparing functional requirements, use cases, business process modeling, and diagrams, preferably in Food & Beverage.
* Knowledge of the full SDLC.
* Experience with design and modeling tools like UML.
Expected to travel domestically and internationally.
