As our new Associate Marketing Manager, you’ll take on a central leadership role within our growing team, working closely with the Head of Intercos Concept and managing a talented group of four project managers. You’ll bring fresh thinking and real responsibility to the table from day one—helping to lead strategy, drive creative development, and deliver meaningful results for our clients across the globe.

Reporting directly to the Head of Intercos Concept and leading a young, dynamic, and multi-talented team, your role as a Marketing Associate Manager will involve the following key responsibilities:
Responsibilities
* Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 3/4 project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
* Prioritization & Planning: Set team priorities, manage workflows, and provide strategic direction to ensure delivery across a range of projects.
* Development & Coaching: Support the growth of junior team members through feedback, delegation, and shared learning.
* Brand Ideation & Strategy:
o Innovate Brand Concepts: Generate creative ideas for a new brand conceptualization, aligning them with market trends, client goals, comprehensive analysis of brand/competition — from value ideation and strategic direction to design expression, including tone, logo, and packaging aesthetics.
o Brand Strategy Evolution: Strategize and generate re-positioning strategies for brands at various scales—from full value transformation, to design revamps and portfolio reshaping—grounded in trend and growth insights. Alimented by comprehensive analysis of brand, from expression/values/history/competitive mapping to identify match opportunities.
o Existing Brand Management: Leading marketing support, strategizing and growth opportunities development with tailored brand strategy development for existing brands across geographies and markets. Coordinating development and communication into engaging presentations and meetings (e.g., new collection development, innovation presentations, launch concepts strategies).
* Product Development & Management:
o Product Portfolio Analysis: Strategize and support in the development of comprehensive analysis of product portfolio assessment, to amplify brand and identify growth opportunities backed by trends, innovation and project strategy.
o Innovate Product Concepts: Generate creative ideas to re-strategize the product portfolio of an existing brand or developing new product concept storytelling (from concept, positioning to active ingredient recommendations) for new developments and aligning them with market trends and client goals.
o New Product Development: Coordinate projects collaborating closely with various Intercos Group teams in different geographies across product development steps from formula proposal/development, R&D alignments, packaging ideation. Setting and overseeing deliverables and priorities within teams across functions to ensure effective project management and client rapport.
* Trend Forecasting & Data Analysis:
o Global Trend Monitoring & Forecasting: Leading and coordinating the continuous monitoring and reporting on trends in the beauty industry on a global scale. Staying ahead of emerging consumer behaviors, product innovations, and market dynamics to feed forecasting systems into the evolving beauty world.
o Data-Driven Market Analysis, Reporting & Strategizing: Leverage Intercos Intelligence data tool to combine quantitative and qualitative data for formulating robust strategies and informing data-driven decision-making into future oriented forecasting strategic insights and opportunities.
o Intercos Intelligence Development & Strategy: Lead & coordinate the ongoing development of Intercos Group’s proprietary data powerhouse, Intercos Intelligence (for more info: https://www.intercosconcept.com/intercos-intelligence/). Coordinating & overseeing new initiative developments, strategizing for new opportunity plans and communication promotion functionalities (inter-company and outside).
o Opportunities Monitoring: Lead growth internally and externally of Intercos Concept team by building relationships with existing and new clients (across different scales/strategy needs) and exploring new business opportunities (inter-company and outside).
o Timing and Service Agreements: Coordinating the development of project timelines, service fees proposals and communication with clients for prospective project development.
Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or innovation—ideally within the beauty, luxury, or lifestyle industries.
* Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with previous experience managing junior profiles or cross-functional workstreams. You’re confident in setting direction, giving feedback, and creating a collaborative team environment.
* Master’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is ideal.
* Fluency in English is essential. Passion for the beauty industry is a must, avid follower of relevant news, trends, social media, etc.
* ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT - thrives in an entrepreneurial/start up environment that is fast-paced and rapidly changing with ability to handle multiple priorities.
* THE CIRCLE AND THE SQUARE – balancing creativity with data intelligence & strategic mind. Must be proficient in combining quantitative and qualitative data to form strategies and inform decision-making.
* EXCELLENT COMMUNICATOR - Strong team management and team player with ability to build fluid, trustworthy, positive working relationships.
