A key responsibility will be to deliver existing services at a high degree of accuracy, timeliness and controllership, besides supporting the growth in business. This role requires one to be a self-starter with strong business modeling skills, keen attention to detail and a good track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders. This role has regular interaction with senior leadership and stakeholders across Amazon and requires strong verbal and written communication skills. The candidate will need to be capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy and hence needs to demonstrate a high degree of comfort with ambiguity besides holding a high bar on performance. 6+ years of Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable experience2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experienceExperience using data to influence business decisionsExperience demonstrating problem solving and root cause analysisExperience in Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups)Knowledge of Six Sigma defect reduction techniques (Lean, etc.)Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field

2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
