Experteer Overview
In this role you help drive digital transformation in the Italian AECO segment by strengthening customer relationships and guiding the adoption of Autodesk Forma. You work with cross-functional teams to implement and expand value, supporting revenue growth through customer success plans. You’ll deepen platform adoption, document value delivered, and steer conversations on expansion while managing risk. This is a hands‑on, relationship‑led role with a clear impact on customers and the product roadmap.

* Be accountable for the relationship health of a selected portfolio of accounts
* Develop Customer Success Plans, with documented value delivered
* Improve Autodesk Forma Adoption within these accounts by solving customer challenges with our technology; drive MAUs, projects, and usage
* Mitigate churn risk and guide expansion discussions
* Become an expert in our Autodesk Forma Platform, including current functionality and roadmap
Responsabilità
* 5+ years in Construction Industry or Construction Technology roles (e.g., Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, BIM Manager, Project Manager)
* Advanced knowledge of AEC workflows and BIM solutions focused on Construction Technology
* Experience with Autodesk Forma Platform or similar CDE and Construction/Project Management solutions
* Experience communicating xjrgpwk the value of technology and its features to customers
* Italian language proficiency (professional)
* Ability to travel as required
* Experience building face-to-face relationships with customers
