We have two dining concepts: Ristorante Al Fresco and Villa Pignano. Our goal is to provide guests with an exceptional culinary experience that showcases the best of local products.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure guests receive warm and prompt service at our F&B outlets.
* C Coordinate, supervise, and organize our restaurants to ensure seamless operations.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
* Anticipate guest needs and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
* Train Commis de Rang staff to provide top-notch service.
* Create unforgettable memories for our guests by exceeding their expectations.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
* Promptly contribute to teamwork and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
* Anticipate guest needs by focusing on details and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and passion for providing exceptional service.
* Show good grooming and communication skills.
* Demonstrate knowledge of English and respect for nature and its values.
* Have access to a personal vehicle.
