In this role you will manage HR administration to ensure accurate employee data and compliant processes across the lifecycle. You will work closely with payroll and HR partners to maintain records, reporting, and documentation in a fast‑paced environment. You will support audits, policy implementation, and employee inquiries, contributing to a high‑performing HR function within a global company. You will help scale our people operations by strengthening data accuracy, process efficiency, and compliance, enabling better workforce decisions.

- Manage and update employee records in HR systems ensuring data accuracy
- Support administrative management across the employee lifecycle
- Maintain HR documentation in compliance with regulations and policies
- Manage time and attendance system
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate input data
- Oversee fleet administration including vendor liaison, reporting, invoice verification, and driver support
- Support HR Business Partners with reporting and data analysis
- Prepare HR reports and assist during internal/external audits
- Provide daily administrative support to HRBP team
- Assist employees with administrative topics (time & attendance, documentation, benefits)
- Contribute to dissemination and application of HR policies
Responsabilità
- 2+ years in HR administrative roles
- Familiarity with HR systems and time/attendance tools
- Experience supporting payroll processes
- Good knowledge of English
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High accuracy and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of key HR processes
- Knowledge of Italian labor law
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
