Being part of the Motorsport Marketing team, the Rally Marketing Account will be in charge of the following activities: - Efficiently and proficiently managing the relationship with the WRC Promoter and Teams. - Ensure the execution of the Agreements maximizing marketing assets and the relevant return on the investment. - Contribute to the communication & CRM strategies/activities working with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring the relevant KPI, comparing actual achievements vs goals and taking corrective actions, if necessary. - Work cross functionally with the internal stakeholders and Markets in order to further develop brand & product awareness within the WRC and Rally environment. - Define the main set up and manage Casa Pirelli Experience Hub in constant collaboration with the service providers. - Organize and supervise the VIP program at the WRC rounds working closely with the Pirelli regional structures. - Managing the approval procedures, activities’ proposals and assistance requested by Promoter and Teams, proactively exploring, evaluating and establishing new opportunities. - Supervising the production of communication materials and contents. - Managing the relations with suppliers (hospitality provider, catering, photo and video crews). - Supervise photo/video shootings for social media, press and PR purposes in liaison with the communication team. - Monitor activities of competitors and trends within the motorsport industry. - Prepare on a timely basis the weekly activities report and all the relevant presentations that may be necessary to the function. Requirements: - Master degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication. - Minimum 2/5 years of experience in similar role. - Problem solving approach. - Availability to travel worldwide on a regular basis. - Italian, English (fluent).
