Bertrandt is an international engineering service provider.ResponsibilitiesReview incoming support requests and determine suitable solutions.Use available information and technical expertise.Escalate issues that cannot be resolved at Level 1 to higher technical teams in line with established escalation procedures.Monitor and manage support requests throughout their entire lifecycle.Ensure timely resolution and proper closure of requests.Immediately inform the manager of any incidents identified during request handling.Assume responsibility for colleagues' support requests during absences to maintain business continuity.Translate support requests or related documentation when requested by the manager.Ensure all tasks are carried out in compliance with internal procedures and work instructions.Manage support requests with consideration for warranty cost impact and recommend part replacements when required.Suggest creation or improvement of knowledge base articles and databases to support continuous process enhancement.Adhere to and support the customer's quality management system requirements.QualificationsEngineer or Technician responsible for the techline perimeter.Technical degree, preferably in automotive, mechanical, or electrical/electronics engineering.Prior experience working in the automotive industry.Solid knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic processes.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Good French and English skills are necessary.At Bertrandt, we place great importance on equal treatment and equal opportunity.
