The role involves performance monitoring across digital channels and close collaboration with the QA Lead, scrum master, and development team. Responsibilities • Lead technical analysis and support solutions for our multinational client's products and services on their websites. • Responsible for leading performance monitoring of each digital channel. • Work closely with the QA Lead and the development team scrum master. • Optimize website and third‐party integrations. • Perform root cause analysis and risk assessment/management. Qualifications • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. • 5+ years experience in optimizing Web and mobile technologies. • Agile processes experience. • Knowledge of web architectures and web monitoring technologies. • Google Analytics knowledge. • Project management experience. • English fluency. • Italian fluency. • Italy work permit holder.
