This hybrid role blends inbound call handling, lead qualification, and sales support. You’ll be the first voice many customers hear when reaching out to Deako — and the person who helps guide them toward the right solution or next step.Whether you’re answering incoming calls or reaching out to warm leads, your focus is on delivering a great experience, building trust, and coordinating sales opportunities for the broader team.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospects from warm/cold leads listsQualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule appointments for the sales teamFollow scripts and talking points while customizing your pitch to the prospect’s needsTrack all communications and appointments using our HubSpot CRM systemFollow up on leads who have shown interest but haven’t yet booked a meetingMeet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made and appointments setProvide feedback on lead quality to marketing/sales for continuous improvementAnswer and manage incoming calls to the Deako main phone line with professionalism and warmthStay updated on product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate valueQualifications:Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or call center environmentsExcellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skillsComfortable handling objections and staying resilient under pressureAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyExperience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plusGoal-driven and self-motivated with a team-oriented attitudeCompensation and BenefitsPart Time: Tuesday - Saturday 9am-2pmHourly: $18/hourMonthly bonus for achieving call quotaRemote-friendly work environment, including home set-up support (laptop, headset, etc)Opportunities for advancement19 paid holidays, annuallyA team of collaborative, motivated individuals who appreciate a challenge and are eager to work together to create great experiences both internally and externally.
