Overview
Position Objective : To ensure the optimal performance, safety, and compliance of all commercial kitchen equipment through technical specification, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for procurement and operational needs. Responsibilities
Have experiences in installation, maintenance and repair of commercial kitchen equipment Inspect equipment regularly for safety, functionality, and compliance Collaborate with chefs, procurement teams, and vendors during equipment selection and evaluation Maintain service reports and track repair histories Ensure compliance with electrical, mechanical, and food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO, SNI, CE) Knowledge of electrical, mechanical & gas system Able to read wiring diagrams, troubleshoot electrical & mechanical systems, and understand kitchen workflows Understanding of safety procedures Be able to work with teams/individu Qualifications & Experience
