Supply chain responsiveness and agility are key priorities, and our E2E cross-functional agility program has been strengthened under Smart Operations.The Senior Analyst will support Supply Chain agility by providing data analytics and recommendations, acting as a project management office (PMO) in shaping core processes and operating models under Smart Operations.ResponsibilitiesEnsure tracking and monitoring of Smart Operations agility initiatives as a PMO in areas such as lead time and production frequencies in the EMEA region.Manage large datasets and perform data analysis of supply chain agility KPIs to support planning, manufacturing, and distribution teams in identifying opportunities and setting priorities for improvement.Propose leading indicators and ensure regular tracking and reporting of benefits from initiatives.Coordinate with DRIs on agility initiatives to monitor progress, lead sub-stream meetings, and report to the Leadership Team.Implement digital and automation solutions to enhance supply chain agility capabilities.QualificationsWhat We Are Looking ForStrong analytical skills capable of evaluating large datasets to draw effective conclusions.High-level understanding of manufacturing, planning, and distribution flows.Experience with supply chain processes and roles within Supply Chain.Experience in Supply Planning or Manufacturing excellence is a plus.Project management skills for key agility projects.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decisions with data at various organizational levels.Ability to work independently in a matrix environment with minimal supervision and a strong sense of urgency.Travel may be required occasionally for workshops, training, or plant/DC visits.Desired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or Business Administration.At least 3 years of experience in Supply Planning or manufacturing process excellence.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with automation and visualization tools like SQL, Alteryx, Power BI.Experience with SAP R/3, SAP APO, Plant ERP, and Scheduling tools is preferred.What’s In It For YouEmployee Benefits:5 weeks of vacation and 3 sick days.Hybrid work model / home office.Pension insurance, meal vouchers, cafeteria benefits, company product discounts.Public transportation allowance, bonus based on company policy.Office Facilities:Modern office near restaurants and metro station.Focus rooms, coffee, and fruits.Health and Wellness Benefits:On-site gym and massages.Wellbeing reimbursement, long-term illness support, insurance options.Parental leave and returning parents program.Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
