Manage and organize all warehouse activities related to inbound and outbound flows, including goods receipt, material storage, component preparation for line feeding, and finished product shipping. Responsible for inventory management and accuracy.
Responsible for hierarchical management of operators and/or teams in a Distribution Center/Warehouse.
• Responsible for cycle inventory count execution and results.
Enforce compliance with HSE and 5S rules throughout the sector, including reporting and managing
Enforce compliance with quality system and proper appliance of the defined processes and procedures
to meet the required quality level.
• As manager, he’s the legal responsible in case of accident
• Adjust MPH (Material Providing and Handling) programs according to customer priorities in the adhoc
Ensure management of the logistics process receiving goods stocking picking Material handling
shipping finished goods and wastes
• Lead the Regular communication according to Schneider “Short Interval Management” Rules (SIM) caring in KPI’s and corrective actions
• Synchronize support function actors on short term actions
• Organize the training needs of teams and manage the versatility in accordance with the target defined
• Manage warehouse processes performance and his team according to SPS / SIM rules and cycle event
Deploy & implement SC Planning Central team guidelines for inventory management
• Ensure inventories accuracy with permanent alignment between operations & inventory (IT data &
Guarantee that service level, quality environment, process lead time, maintenance & productivity goals are reached
• Monitor and analyse logistic costs
Proven experience in a similar role or related industry (high variability, high speed and very short lead times)
