Join us as a Marketing Executive, supporting our Business Assurance team across Europe.
Working as part of our Business Assurance European marketing team, you will be supporting the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns and projects for these business lines.
You will support across the European region, but as we have a large presence in Italy, you will also be working particularly closely with Italy stakeholders to help deliver their agreed marketing plans. You will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid manner but must be willing to undertake some travel to our different locations to spend time on site with our operational, technical and sales teams. While the points noted below form the core of the role, we are a fast paced and dynamic marketing team so you will need to be flexible and supportive of the business needs as they evolve.
Responsibilities
1. Market and competitor insight – helping your business lines to be aware of, and identify, key market trends which could present opportunities and/or threats, and particularly focusing on sustainability, training and global supply chain assurance across multi-industries.
2. Marketing delivery and project management – ensuring planned marketing activity is delivered on time and within agreed budgets to optimise the impact, results and ROI of campaigns.
3. Marketing campaign management – looking after marketing campaigns from concept and creation, through to delivery and reporting of results. This could include writing copy for new assets or campaigns, working with our in-house design colleagues on creative or creating social media or email banners yourself.
4. Event management – supporting the team with the planning and preparation for events and tradeshows, including planning of logistics and communications plans, creation of stand designs and supporting assets, and on the day attendance at some events.
5. Continuous improvement – focusing on the quality and performance of campaigns and sharing identified potential improvements with your team that could help optimise marketing results.
6. Digital first – adopting a ‘digital first’ mindset and making sure that digital performance of all marketing channels and activity is optimised and front of mind across everything you do. For example, ensuring regular SEO updates to website pages, refinement of social media activity and implementation of A/B testing and automation/drip campaigns to email marketing.
7. Marketing & communications support – working with your marketing colleagues to support other key marketing and communications projects as required.

8. Working closely with the regional marketing team for Business Assurance.
9. Collaborating with your European and global marketing team colleagues on cross-business line activities, design projects etc.
10. Liaising with business line stakeholders, including business line leaders, sales and operational colleagues
Requirements
11. Previous experience in a B2B services marketing role
12. Previous experience in the assurance, certification and auditing sectors preferred
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as in Italian
14. Experience using key marketing platforms – CRM systems, HTML email, website CMS
15. Good Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint and Excel
16. Experience in Adobe creative suite a plus, but not essential
17. Proactive and organised, with good project management and time management skills
18. Strong communication skills, and comfortable building good working relationships with a range of marketing and non-marketing stakeholders
19. Excellent attention to detail
20. Happy to travel to different locations to spend time on-site with our teams (you will still have hybrid working flexibility)
