This can only be done with you:
* Manage the general ledger and prepare the month‑end and year-end-statements, handle audit requests and communicate with the headquarter in Vienna
* Perform reconciliations (e.g. intercompany balances) and assess and check business transactions and postings
* Being responsible for tax and compliance: calculate the corporate income tax and deferred tax, work with tax consultants on tax declarations/payments
* Manage AP/AR and procurement: process incoming/outgoing invoices, create non-project purchase requests and monitor and support the junior accountant
* Administer SAP master data and analytical accounting (WBS, statistical orders, cost centers); provide quarterly P&L reporting for Italian entities and track budget vs. actual for in‑construction projects
What you bring to the table:
* Degree in administration, finance or accounting, preferably with professional experience in accounting and financial controlling
* Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and financial controlling departments
* Experience with Discounted Cash Flow valuation models is a plus
* Expertise in MS-Office, particularly Excel, and in SAP tools
* Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
