Your opportunity
We are seeking a IT Controlling Project Manager, PS CO SAP Expert, to collaborate with our business analysts and consultants to enhance the performance of our IT systems, with a focus on supporting our group sites. You will be responsible for specifying, developing, maintaining, and improving SAP solutions that automate and streamline our project system (PS) and controlling (CO) business processes. Additionally, you will monitor the global performance of IT services and take proactive or reactive steps to restore or improve service efficiency in relation to PS and CO modules.
Your Mission
1. Managing and translating Finance needs, particularly in Project System (PS) and Controlling (CO) areas, into actionable initiatives in collaboration with our IT Center of Excellence (CoE).
2. Act as a strategic liaison between the Finance function and IT delivery team, ensuring that business needs are efficiently addressed through our system landscape (SAP and the other satellites)
3. Assist external service partners by providing functional expertise on Sidel's business processes and integration complexities.
Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external clients to ensure service delivery meets business needs.
4. Participating in SAP S4/HANA implementation journey: actively collaborate in the development of the SAP S4/Hana solution for all the companies in Sidel Groupbe proactive in harmonizing processes and simplifying flows.
5. Operate within a complex, international matrix organization.
Your Profile
Professional Skills and Experience:
6. Fluency in English is required.
7. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to work effectively under high-pressure situations.
8. Minimum of 3/ 5 years of experience specifically in context with Controlling with WBS.
9. Experience with SAP ECC6 and S/4HANA implementations.
10. Expertise in SAP PS and CO processes and their integration with other area (procurement, manufacturing, sales) to support finance and business operations.
11. Broad understanding of technology and business acumen.
12. Ability to guide external suppliers and collaborate with cross-functional, remote teams across different countries and cultures.
