As a Quality Control Technician on a one-year fixed-term contract for maternity cover, you will perform analysis according to Quality-Safety Environmental procedures for our plant in Caronno Pertusella.
Reporting to Quality Head, you will
* Perform chemical, physical testing and sensory evaluations of raw materials, intermediates and finished products
* Perform instruments, equipment and quality deviations troubleshooting in laboratory
* Maintain work a hygienic and safe work environment
* Provide backup and support to team members as necessary
* Identify opportunity for improvements in QC and set proactive measure for trouble prevention
* Store raw data and retained samples
* Clean the glassware and manage the special waste
Your professional profile includes
* Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical, Food science or in related discipline
* Overall work experience of 1 to 3 years in Chemical Lab
* Operational experience on laboratory system, analytical instruments such as GC, GC-MS, HPLC, UV, TLC and Sensory test
* Knowledge on chemical substances, hazardous material and Laboratory safety
* Team working oriented
* Precision and planning ability
* Passion and flexibility in working
* Microsoft Office, independency in PC usage
* Proficiency in both English and Italian languages
