Internship within the visual merchandising team

Position: The main mission of the internship is to offer a learning opportunity in the Visual Merchandising team. Job responsibilities: Global Windows retail network and Suppliers support - Support technical information archive: Windows technical drawings Masterfile, Stores Pictures and layout for Woman, Man and Kids store. - Assist the coordination VM window theme schedule and the arrangement of calendars. - Collaborate in reviewing and organizing WW network stores list for the theme. - Request and archive window photos from each store to review with Regional VM team on quality and execution, send photos and feedback to HQ team after completion of each scheme. - Cooperate on Window tools stock organization on each Zone: ex. Mannequins stock report, totems / creating xls file and report of quantities. Windows Team - office support - Support on presentation organization: create PDF booklet for official presentations, photo reports, mood boards organization - Assist on sample deliveries: contact logistics, proforma, packing list, invoices - Collaborate on business trip scheduling and agencies - Update internal material archive Suppliers’ management support - Assist on Suppliers samples requestsCollect chronologically and divide by topics material shared by suppliers and validation reports.Profile: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Architecture or Design (Product, Industrial, Interior) - Strong knowledge and skill Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) - Excellent skills on Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Word, Excel) - Basic AutoCAD knowledge - Very organized, with keen attention-to-detail - Excellent communication skills / both oral and written - Team working and flexible attitude - Fluent English - speaking and writingHighly motivated and eager to learn new skillsThe six-months internship will start in January 2025. - LVMH is committed to non-discrimination and respect of each person’s singularities. Between the end of the 40s throughout the 50s, Paola, Anna, Franca, Carla and Alda, the five daughters of Edoardo and Adele, begin working for the family business, bringing new energy and ideas. In 1965, they start the collaboration with a young German designer, the late Karl Lagerfeld. In his hands, a fashion revolution takes place: the fur is changed, moulded, redesigned and reinterpreted. At this time, he designs the iconic “double F” logo that stands for “Fun Furs”. In 1992, Silvia Venturini Fendi, third generation of the Fendi family, joins the company and seconds Karl Lagerfeld in the Artistic Direction. In 1994, she is given the responsibility of Accessories and then of the Menswear lines. In September 2020, Kim Jones is appointed as Artistic Director of Couture and Womenswear while Delfina Delettrez Fendi, the fourth generation of the family, is appointed Artistic Director of Jewellery.
