Responsibilities
* Support the management and maintenance of the company’s IT systems.
* Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and handling user requests.
* Monitor system performance and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
* Collaborate with the IT team on new projects and updates.
* Manage virtualized environments.
* Configure and support the corporate network.
Qualifications
* Diploma or degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
* Experience with virtualized environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V).
* Basic network configuration skills.
* Problem‑solving capability.
* Teamwork ability.
* Good communication skills.
