* Diploma and / or First level university degree with a focus in business or economics preferred. Advanced degree or payroll certification would be a plus.
* 5+ years of experience in Hr Payroll & Time Management, ideally gainded in a multinational environment.
* Knowledge of Sap HR PY and ADP Time Management is must
* Proficiency in English and Italian
Position Summary
Responsible for delivering accurate and on-time monthly Payroll and Time Management for Nestlé Group Italy Employees in compliance with local legal and company policies.
A day in the life of Payroll Specialist & TM
* Ensure end to end processes are properly defined and executed.
* Driving any issue resolution to achieve desired results
* Act as a trusted partner :
* Internally with our key local and global partners, in particular, HRBP, Finance department and IT teams
* Managing Payroll & Time Management provider relationship at local level
* Contact and solve issues with Italian institutions (Agenzia Entrate, INPS, INAIL, etc.)
* Drive and validate payroll system configuration evolution;
* Seek for continuous process improvement, prioritize, present to management and drive enhancement
What will make you successful
* Strong experience of Italian Payroll and Time management, deep knowledge of Italian legislation and statutory obligations (F24, Uniemens, CUD, 770, Tax, Social Security, Stock management)
* Knowledge of CCNL Industria Alimentare is a plus
* Strong relationship and problem solving skills,
* analytical skills
