Are you passionate about industrial operations? Join us for a unique opportunity to explore the world of production and maintenance through a hands‑on internship experience! We are currently looking for Curricular Interns to support our Industrial Operations department. During this 6-month tempo pieno internship, you’ll have the chance to work closely with our production and maintenance teams, contributing to real projects and learning how we ensure efficiency, safety and quality in our processes.
Main Responsibilities
As a Curricular Intern in Industrial Operations, you will have the opportunity to support our teams in Production or Maintenance, gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic and structured environment.
In the Production area, you will assist in coordinating line activities, ensuring the availability of production factors (materials, methods, labor, machinery) and contributing to the preparation and start‑up of production lines. You’ll also be involved in monitoring safety standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
In the Maintenance area, you will collaborate with shift teams to plan and support technical interventions, contribute to the organization of periodic maintenance programs and help evaluate priorities for on‑call requests.
Across both areas, you’ll gain exposure to resource planning, operational efficiency and safety compliance, while developing a strong understanding of industrial processes and teamwork.
About You
You are a curious and motivated student currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Engineering. You have a solid academic understanding of manufacturing processes and a strong interest in learning how they are applied in the food sector. As a good communicator, your fluency in both Italian and English will be key to gaining broad intercultural competence. This internship is designed for students who are passionate about industrial environments and eager to develop practical skills that will serve as a solid foundation for their future careers. This 6‑month full‑time curricular internship will give you the chance to experience firsthand what you have studied during your university path.
