Each of us brings their own "Twist" to accentuate the whole, seize opportunities, and grow everyday.Position ContextFalling into the newly formed Business Unit of Campari Group Developing Markets, Campari EMEA Partnership Markets is led by the Managing Director and has commercial responsibility over the entire Campari Group portfolio distributed across Central & Southern Europe, Middle East, Africa & CCA markets. EMEA PMs drive brand growth across 50+ partnership markets via third‐party distributors, spanning Southern & Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Operating without in‐market companies, success depends on effective distributor enablement and flawless execution of integrated consumer plans across media, digital, PR and experiential, and through omnichannel excellence. Within the PMs CCCM team, this role reports directly to the CCCM Director of EMEA PMs and works closely with Brand Managers and the CCM Team.Key Responsibilities
Support Brand Managers in executing brand plans and marketing initiatives.Assist in adapting and rolling out global brand guidelines at local and regional levels.Coordinate marketing activities across different touchpoints (ATL, BTL, digital, events).Support preparation of brand performance analyses (sales trends, KPIs, market performance).Collect and organize market data, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence.Assist in creating presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.Support management of brand assets (presentations, toolkits, communication materials).Liaise with internal functions (Sales, Channel & Customer Marketing, Communication & Experiential), external partners (Distributor Partners) and external agencies.Assist in meeting preparation, materials organization, and follow‐up activities.Contribute to ad hoc projects related to brand initiatives, launches or activations.Support day‐to‐day operational activities of the Brand Management team.
RequirementsEducation
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or a similar field.
Skills & Competencies
Strong interest in brand management, marketing and the spirits industry.Analytical mindset with good Excel and PowerPoint skills.Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Languages
Fluent in English.Italian is a plus.
