HR BUSINESS PARTNER – SOSTITUZIONE MATERNITA' Consultant Manager & Associate Consultant @ Adecco Fashion & Design
Mission
- Daily support to line managers on organizational, people and change related topics
- Recruiting and training of resources in a manufacturing context
- Attendance Management (around 250 employees), monitoring of HR KPI as well as absenteeism and support on payroll area
- Manage internal unions relationship and disciplinary issue
- Organization analysis and resources assessment to propose career and remuneration actions
- Works closely with managers and employees to consolidate LVMH Group & Celine Mindset throughout population, improving communication, engagement, sense of belonging and retention
- Strictly collaboration with HR team to create synergies and exchanges between the plants to improve internal mobilities, job rotation, shared projects, etc.
Profile
- 4–5 years in the HR Department, in manufacturing context/plant
Skills and competences required
- Good interpersonal and relationship skills; Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, to respect deadlines and to set priorities
- Strong sense of initiative and autonomy
- Proactivity and flexibility
- Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus
