Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the development of applications and tools that enhance platform management, governance, usability, and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to drive innovation and ensure scalable, high-performance solutions.
Skills
5. Project Management & Leadership: Experienced in Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban), mentoring team members, overseeing consultants and industrial partners' teams
6. System Verification & Validation: Skilled in integration testing, using simulation tools, and developing comprehensive test plans
7. Proficiency in common development languages (Python, Java) for backend development, including data processing, API integration, and system automation
8. Skilled in System Engineering & model-based systems engineering (MBSE), requirement management, and high-quality, maintainable software architecture
9. Experience working with Docker for containerized applications and services
10. Good knowledge og Linux Operating Systems (e.g. RedHat), Linux shell scripting
11. Experience in working in international and multidisciplinary teams, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced settings
12. Problem solving & Collaborative spirit: Ability to troubleshoot issues. Ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders. Experience working with cross-functional teams ensuring resource optimization and knowledge sharing
13. Expert-level proficiency in English (both written and spoken). French language skill is a plus asset
14. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related field

15. CI/CD Pipelines: Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or ArgoCD
16. Kubernetes & Container Orchestration – Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and service meshes (Istio, Linkerd) for deploying and managing scalable applications
17. Scripting & Automation – Experience with Bash, Python, or Go for automating workflows and system tasks
18. Experience in delivering presentations, demos, and technical talks to stakeholders, clients, or internal teams
