Job Title: Team Lead for FC ACES Operations
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Managing, on a daily basis, seller reimbursements and inventory health for AMXL FCs.
* Executing monthly seller reimbursements reconciliation activities.
* Driving inventory health management (Missing found transactions, WHL etc.) for AMXL FCs.
* Preparing and implementing training and development plans for SR and inventory health workstream.
* Continuously drive programmatic and tech interventions for improving the SR metrics for FCs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree
* Speak, write, and read fluently in English
* Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 1+ years of manufacturing or customer-facing environment experience
