Job Responsibilities
* Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
* Collaborate closely with various departments to determine and implement production priorities.
* Monitor production workflows and adjust schedules as necessary to compete in a dynamic market.
* Analyze and report on production performance to identify areas for improvement.
* Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Requirements
* Proven experience in manufacturing planning and scheduling.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to successfully implement multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a dedication to inclusivity and teamwork.
* Proficiency with manufacturing planning software and tools.
* Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Technical Skills and Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Production Management, Supply Chain or related fields.
* Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in a production planning/scheduling role.
* Advanced Excel skills: ability to use complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data analysis tools to manage production schedules, inventory levels, and reporting.
* Experience with SAP: proficiency in SAP modules related to Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), or related ERP functions to manage MRP, BOMs, and production schedules.
