Ph3Overview /h3pRole description: The Productivity Manager has the supervisor of carrying out the operational development of the best work cycle, in accordance with the technical objectives, quality, productivity and costs. It promotes initiatives for continuous improvement of both operational and information processes in order to improve safety, ergonomics, quality and costs. He identifies the annual productivity targets and, in collaboration with the other departments, defines the necessary activity plan by monitoring its progress. He will also be designated as project manager to execute strategic projects for the growth of the plant.
