How you will contribute
1. Support local finance manager preparing a monthly dashboard including P&L, efficiency KPIs, variances against STD and OVHs analysis
2. Calculating and monitoring purchase and production STD costs
3. Proactively participating in Budget/Forecast processes and carrying-out actions to ensure the achievement of targets
4. Analyzing and discussing plant results with financial and operations management
5. Supporting the management and addressing “ad hoc” topics where necessary
6. Improving reporting systems and outputs
Who you are
7. A University graduate in Economics or equivalent
8. 3-4 years experienced in industrial/plant controlling
9. Solid knowledge of cost and general accounting
10. Consolidated experience in preparing, analyzing and discussing budgets, forecasts and planning activities
11. Advanced knowledge of Office applications (in particular excel)
12. Experience with SAP is considered a plus
13. Fluent English
14. Proactivity, intellectual curiosity and resilience
15. Flexibility and ability to interface with various company levels
16. Attention to detail
17. Good attitude to interdisciplinary / cross functional teamwork and collaborative approach
18. Good ability to manage priorities and deadlines
19. Hands-on approach and desire to "roll up your sleeves"
20. Positive attitude, perceive challenges as stimuli
