Main Responsinilities in this Role

- Implement, coordinate, manage and be responsible of all the activities related to:\n
\n
- employees health and safety
\n
- workplace conditions
\n
- develop plant safety & environment culture
\n
- safety & enviroment training\n
\n
- Develop plans for the effective implementation of Company Environment and Safety Management System.\n
\n
- Drive EHS reporting\n
\n
- Record and investigate all Enviromental or Personal Injury Incidents, Near Miss, Recordable\n
\n
- Develop Plant safety plan to ensure continual improvement cuture is in place.\n
\n
- Ensure compliance to the ISO 14001, 45001 standard\n
\n
- Ensure compliance with italian regulation in term of Enviroment, Health & Safety
\n
\nTo be Successful in this Role\n
\n
- Previous EH&S; experience in complex enviroments
\n
- Basic knowlege of mechanical and electronical field
\n
- Goog organizational and communication skills
\n
- Ability to solve unexpected and complex problems on fields
\n
- Analysis capabilities
\n
- Team working
\n
- Good in English
\n
- Knowledge of EH&S; regulation in compliance with DLgs 81/2008 e smi
\n
- Knowledge of UNI ISO 14001, 45001 regulation about workplace health and safety and enviroment
