Role and responsibilities
Join Avvale in a dynamic area that bridges business and technology, ensuring that business processes are translated into effective and added value innovative solutions.
You will be responsible for:
* Conducing analysis of client business processes and functional requirements;
* Drafting of functional and technical documentation to support development activities;
* Conducting “As-Is” analysis and defining “To-Be” business processes;
* Coordination with the development team for solution implementation;
* Supporting testing phases and production deployment;
* Training materials and delivery of training sessions;
* Knowledge transfer activities for internal teams and junior consultants;
* Collaboration during the proposal phase for new project opportunities.
* End-to-end management of Odoo implementation projects, from kick-off to go-live;
* Planning and monitoring of project activities, budget, and timelines;
* Direct interface with clients to manage expectations and address critical issues;
* Supervision of post go-live support and evolutionary maintenance.
Required skills 🛹
* 3-5 Years of experience in Odoo projects;
* Good verbal and written English knowledge;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Excellent collaboration skills in mixed groups (i.e. clients, other suppliers and colleagues);
* Excellent problem solving skills;
