LiDESCRIPTION /lipThis role is based at our main corporate office in Milan, Italy. /ppbKey job responsibilities /b /pulliProvide strategic direction and manage Occupational Health services across Italy, ensuring high-quality support and compliance with local health, safety, and medical regulations. /liliMaintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation affecting workplace health and ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and all relevant local regulations. /liliDefine, monitor, and report health-related metrics to the Workplace Health Safety (WHS) Global Medical and Health (GMH) Team Leadership to measure program success, identify areas for improvement, and shape global and regional health strategies. /liliOversee the proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of workplace health risks, including physical and psychosocial factors, and develop programs to safeguard employee well-being. /lipbA day in the life /b /pliBASIC QUALIFICATIONS /liliDegree-qualified Physician specializing in Occupational Health /liliRegistered Healthcare professional in Italy with specialization in Occupational Health/Medicine /liliClinical experience and knowledge of Italy's Occupational Health legislation and requirements /liliExperience leading Occupational Health services /liliExpertise in Injury or Illness Prevention (Ergonomics, Psychosocial risks, Environmental risks, Industrial Hygiene), including delivering preventative healthcare programs /liliExperience managing first aid and emergency response services and standards /liliStrong communication skills (written and verbal), leadership, teamwork, analytical and judgment skills, customer focus, result-oriented working methods, and problem-solving abilities /liliAbility to support executive priorities with strong writing and communication skills /liliData-literate with a project/program and analytical mindset, complemented by clinical expertise /liliProficiency in English, both verbal and written /liliPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS /liliDegree in occupational health management, health sciences, health promotion, health economics, or related postgraduate studies, along with relevant professional experience /liliAdditional specialization in Ergonomics, Psychosocial risks, Environmental risks, Industrial Hygiene, or similar fields /liliExperience in Health Management within retail logistics, manufacturing, or production environments /liliCreative problem-solving skills and a wealth of ideas /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
