We’re looking for a motivated CRM Specialist to support the implementation and execution of our CRM & Clienteling roadmap across brands and regions. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Marketing, Retail, and Digital teams to deliver data-driven initiatives that enhance customer engagement, conversion, and lifetime value.
What you’ll do:
* Execute CRM and marketing automation campaigns across email, SMS, and clienteling channels.
* Manage audience segmentation, data accuracy, and customer database quality.
* Support the setup and operation of the Clienteling App and Personal Shopper programs.
* Track campaign KPIs and identify actionable opportunities to improve performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent omnichannel experiences.
* Contribute to CRM reporting, dashboards, and best practices documentation.
What we’re looking for:
* 1–3 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or digital marketing, ideally in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
* Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
* Hands‑on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Klaviyo, or similar).
* Detail‑oriented, proactive, and organized, with a problem‑solving attitude.
* Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
* Basic knowledge of HTML is considered an advantage.
