What You’ll Do
As a Senior Consultant in our A&S team, you will:
1. Work on complex, high-impact client engagements from design through delivery — across global, multi-disciplinary teams.
2. Support the implementation of cutting-edge assessment and succession solutions ensuring measurable business outcomes.
3. Engage and influence clients, including CHROs and C-suite leaders, acting as a trusted advisor on talent strategy.
4. Translate insights into action by helping clients interpret assessment data and embed it into leadership development and succession planning.
5. Build long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand impact across Korn Ferry’s broader capabilities.
6. Shape and execute client account plans aligning with regional and global strategies.
What You Bring
* Solid experience in a client-facing consulting or talent strategy role.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a focus on listening, influencing, and building trust.
* A passion for assessment, leadership development, and succession planning, with the ability to turn data into strategic action.
* A collaborative, agile mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* A Bachelor’s degree (Psychology or related field preferred); advanced degrees are a plus.
* Native / Fluent in Italian and English.
