We are looking for a talented Production Manager who shares our values and brings an innovative approach. This position includes the following responsibilities: - Supervision of the industrial operations of the plant, overseeing general maintenance and all aspects related to workplace safety
- Direct reporting to the COO of the Emicon Group **Work Experience & Education Requirements** **What will you be doing in this role?** **Main responsibilities**: - Define the production scheduling strategy
- Define and manage production capacity
- Plan the workload to maximize the capacity of each line and saturate the workforce
- Collaborate with the Procurement to ensure on-time delivery of materials
- Monitor and analyze deviations between planned and actual output, proposing corrective actions
- Manage Work In Progress (WIP)
- Monitor and control plant KPIs
- Promote continuous improvement activities to enhance plant performance
- Collaborate with HR for the management of operational workers (skills, training, development)
- Coordinate with RSPP to ensure full compliance with Health and Safety regulations
