In order to strengthen the organizational structure, we are selecting a Back Office Sales Assistant with proven experience in managing operational and administrative activities related to international markets. The role is positioned within the Sales Department and involves close interaction with customers, dealers, agents and internal departments.
Key responsibilities
* End-to-end management of international customer orders
* Order entry, monitoring, and follow-up using company ERP systems
* Direct communication with international clients and sales agents
* Preparation and verification of commercial, administrative and customs documentation
* Support export activities and coordination with logistics and supply chain
* Collaboration with Sales, Administration, and Logistics departments
* Daily use of the English language, both written and spoken
Required qualifications
* Experience in International Back Office / Export roles
* Excellent knowledge of the English language; an additional foreign language is considered a plus
* Strong proficiency in informatic tools
* Solid knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, and shipping documentation
* High level of accuracy, reliability, and ability to work independently
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills
