Position
The People & CultureGeneralistwillbe responsible foran managing end-to-end HR activities, ensuring consistentand high-quality employee experience, and supporting managers and the business across all stages of the employee lifecycle. The role aims to create a positive, efficient, and engaging work environment that values people and drives solid, scalable HR processes.This roleoperatesin an international context, working closely with teams based in Italy, the US, theUAEand the UK.

EmployeeExperience
* Foster a positive and motivating work environment, increasing engagement and employee satisfaction through initiatives, team-building activities, and internal events
* Oversee the full employee journey, ensuring a smooth and rewarding experience from onboarding to exit,anticipatingneedsand supporting managers and teams throughout
* Manage internal communications, ensuring all employees are informed and aligned on processes, updates, and company initiatives
* Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues across different countries and time zones (Italy, US, UAE, UK)
TalentAcquisition&Onboarding
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: attract, select, and onboard top talent, building authentic relationships with candidates and ensuring a positive and consistent experience
* Coordinate onboarding for new hires,facilitatingeffective integration into teams and providing managers with the tools and support needed for a motivating start
EmployeeDevelopment & Performance
* Support managers in the day-to-day management of employees and in developing team performance
* Monitor MBOs and feedback, ensuringobjectivesare clear, regularly tracked, and discussed
* Coordinate internal training and skill development:identifygrowth needs, design learning paths, andfacilitatethe development of key competencies
HR Operations
* Manage HR administrative activities and oversee outsourced payroll processes
* Ensure all processescomply withinternal policies and regulations, supporting managers in applying policies and procedures correctly
* Supervise performance management processes and generate actionable reports
Junior / Intern Support
* Coordinate junior HR staff or interns in operational tasks and onboarding, ensuring a coherent learning path
* Guarantee quality and accuracy in delegated activities,maintaininghigh standardsof reliability and precision

This is a fixed-term role coveringmaternity leave, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the People & Culture team in an international environment - possibility of permanent placement afterwards will be evaluated.
Requirements
Requirements & Skills
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, preferably in international environments
* People-oriented approach: empathy and ability to motivate others
* Excellentorganizationalandcommunicationskills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and flexibility
* Ability to create a motivating and inclusive work environment
* Excellent command of English and Italian
