leader with extensive experience in the high-voltage (HV) transmission lines market
to drive our entry, establishment, and growth in the Italian market.
His/ her strategic vision will be key to conducting a thorough study of this market, identifying and understanding its dynamics, emerging business opportunities, and competitive landscape. In addition, this person will need to establish key relationships with potential clients, regulators, and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring a solid foundation for our expansion.
This strategic position will be critical for our foray into the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Development and Establishment of the Organization:
Design and execute the market entry strategy, including the creation of an organizational structure from scratch.
Define operational, technical, and commercial processes required for the new subsidiary.
Actively participate in the recruitment and training of the initial team.
Leadership and General Management:
Assume full responsibility for operations in Italy, from planning to implementation and sustained growth.
Represent the company before clients, suppliers, and other entities.
Ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Commercial and Technical Management:
Develop and execute commercial plans to acquire projects and clients.
Oversee the technical and economic feasibility of projects.
Ensure excellence in project execution and client satisfaction.
Required Profile:
Commercial:
Proven ability to identify business opportunities, negotiate, and close deals.
Technical:
Strong technical knowledge of HV transmission lines.
Entrepreneurial and Proactive:
Ability to build and develop an organization from the ground up, with initiative and strategic vision.
Dedicated and Results-Oriented:
Full commitment to project success and the ability to work in a demanding environment.
Experience
10+ years of experience in operations or project management within energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
At least 5 years in senior management positions.
