- Insurable Risk Management Manager
\n
Purpose of the Position and Main ActivitiesCoordinate activities related to the management of insurable risks (e.g.
\n
calls for tender, participation in negotiations, placement, follow-up, etc.) supporting business for local and export projects;
\n
Manage the prevention and protection policies associated with risks; study and adapt the contractual clauses to the Group's insurance cover with the assistance of the Legal Department.Main TasksReport changes in risks, especially to DIRM for policies negotiated at Group level, and help optimize insurance coverage;
\n
Contribute to the rafting/negotiation of policies with insurers and brokers;
\n
Implement risk transfer activities according to dedicated processes;
\n
Manage and control all financial aspects (sales, bonuses, captives, fees, etc.);
\n
Manage claims and monitor progress until settlement in coordination with the broker;
\n
Manage and develop the local insurance team, if any.Qualifications35-40 years old, with at least 10-15 years of experience in complex industrial corporates operating internationally;
\n
Specialized knowledge of various insurance disciplines (damage, civil liability, etc.) and of the market (experts, brokers, insurers, etc.);
\n
Experience in project management;
\n
Proficient in contractual insurable risk analyses and management as well as insurance policy management;
\n
Full computer literacy (Office suite and Excel in particular);
\n
Excellent knowledge of English (CEFR B2, preferably C1);
\n
Excellent analytical skills, focused on detail and in-depth analysis;
\n
Excellent communication skills, team working and inter‑functional collaboration;
\n
Problem‑solving aptitude, operational flexibility and organizational autonomy;
\n
International mindset and ability to operate in complex environments;
\n
Availability for short national and international business trips.
