Ensuring FEMA - Chart’s Success…
FEMA, part of the Chart Industries Group, is a global leader in the design and manufacture of pressure, safety, and cryogenic valves for different industries, including oil & gas, chemical and petrochemical, aerospace and cryogenic.
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Team in order to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. The candidate will guarantee the client firm satisfaction and an excellent relationship management with it, beyond the start up of the project.
What Will You Do?
1. Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
2. Manage within the ERP production materials request related to the project
3. Budget transfer from sponsor and creating pre-kick and kick off activities through company
4. Interface role with main internal stakeholder in order to creating time schedule, risk plan, confirmation of PO, as well as following project milestones
5. Monitoring and managing changes required by the customer
6. Monitoring the fulfilling of deadlines
7. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and adapt work as required
8. Coordination of cooperation of individual departments, staff and internal resources working on the project
9. Cost monitoring and Designing risk mitigation plan
10. Communication with customers about all facts related to the project, managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
11. Coordination of customer inspection visits, issuing shipping and invoicing instructions
12. Coordination of and closing of project punch list before transfer to service department
13. Elaboration of regular reports on the status of projects (progress report) possible sending on business trips (negotiations with customers, coordination of activities at the customer - kick-off, construction, commissioning)
14. Maintain a comprehensive project documentation and project reporting, overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
15. Carrying out other activities corresponding to the type of work agreed
Requirements & Qualifications...
16. Degree or high school diploma, preferably in technical fields
17. Previous experience as Project Manager is a plus
18. Fluent knowledge of English
19. User knowledge in MRP systems
20. Analytical thinking
21. Team orientation
22. Good organizational and presentation skills
23. Flexibility, independence, Conflict resolution skills
24. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
25. Excellent communication skills
