You will bridge business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating technical discussions and ensuring alignment with customer outcomes, while applying AWS frameworks such as Well‑Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework to deliver secure, scalable, and business‑impactful solutions. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projects. /liliLeverage comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning. /liliBridge business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes. /liliDistill customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes. /liliDecompose complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions. /liliContribute to technical documentation and define documentation standards. /liliValidate solutions against business goals, recognize when additional technical evaluation is needed, and manage technical risks. /liliAchieve and maintain relevant AWS certifications and develop domain‑specific expertise. /liliCommunicate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences, escalating issues when appropriate. /liliDrive projects to successful completion, exceeding customer expectations. /li /ulpThe AWS Professional Services organization is a global team of experts that help customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud.
