Software Engineer Opportunity

Hiring Process
We assess candidates' technical and non-technical skills, attitudes, and potential to determine how we can support their growth over time, depending on the job requirements.
Our hiring process involves several steps:
1. First contact: We schedule a 30-minute phone call with candidates whose profiles catch our attention. This allows us to get to know each other better and share our stories.
2. Technical interview: For technical positions, we conduct a one-hour interview to assess hard skills and knowledge.
3. Behavioral interview: If the candidate has the required hard skills, we evaluate their soft skills, focusing on aspects such as collaboration, teaching skills, and empathy.
4. Take-home project: For the final step, we provide a 4 to 6 hour task that allows candidates to demonstrate their skills independently. We pay for their effort upon task completion, not its success.
5. Onboarding: Once hired, candidates familiarize themselves with the work environment and company culture, getting to know their new colleagues and their roles.
6. Training & Evaluation: During the initial weeks, we provide comprehensive training and evaluate progress on practical and theoretical skills, tools, and methodology.
